One 75 minute breathwork session per month with the intention to decompress physical buildup tension, release repressed emotions and establish clarity of the mind.

Yoga + Aromatherapy

A Weekly 60m yoga class infused with various essential oils to take a pause during the day and connect to movement and conscious breathing.

Essential oils will be integrated according to the clients needs and objectives.
